Pilates Classes

WHAT: In this Intro class, we will provide education on the basics of Pilates including spinal positioning, breathing techniques to enhance core performance and body alignment. We will introduce you to basic Pilates exercises, provide modifications if required and handouts or videos to allow you to practice at your own pace at home. You will also be instructed on progressions of each exercise for a more challenging workout when you feel ready! This is a class designed for every person and body regardless of fitness level!  We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
