Taught by a physical therapist, this is an interactive and empowering fitness class utilizing fascia balls of different sizes to hydrate fascia and keep you moving! Other benefits of fascia rolling include improving emotional regulation, improving mobility, restoring strength and muscle torque, improving proprioception and decreasing pain. Fascia balls will be available to purchase for home use. *Please note: many of the fascia balls contain LATEX.*
