Our compassionate physical therapists provide an individualized evaluation and personal exercise plan for men, women and children over ten years of age. We provide specialized physical therapy with a special emphasis on restoring function to the core by mobilizing structures in the pelvic girdle including the hip, spine and abdomen. Janine has specialized in pelvic health physical therapy since 1999. Her passion and interest in women's health was inspired by a history of chronic pain. She understands firsthand the benefits of hands-on treatment to restore the core. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1993 from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, in cooperation with Bowling Green State University. She has extensive postgraduate education in manual therapy and pelvic girdle dysfunctions, including certifications in Integrative Dry Needling and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
Janine has worked as a physical therapist in hospital-based outpatient facilities and wellness centers most of her career before starting the practice in 2009. She has served as a local speaker on women’s health topics to peers and women, has published articles in educational magazines and newsletters and has also made radio and television appearances to educate the public on pelvic physical therapy. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association's Section on Women's Health and serves on the Health and Wellness Committee of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce. An active member of St. Mary parish, she is a facilitator for VIRTUS, an awareness session for preventing and recognizing the signs of sexual abuse, and serves on the Pre Cana team for engaged couples.
Janine and Brian live in Hudson with their three children, pet lovebird and labradoodle. She enjoys hiking, reading, cheering on her kid's sport teams and spending time with family.
Abby joined the Healthy Core team in 2018 to greet you with her smile on select Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Abby is a high school student and scholar athlete as a member of the golf team at Hudson High School. Her hobbies include volunteering with drug and alcohol prevention (HUDDLE), volunteering at church, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
Julie joined the Healthy Core team in 2016. She brings her experience in medical billing and scheduling, along with her smile, to greet you on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Julie lives in Twinsburg with her husband and has three daughters, including a set of twins. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Brian is a career Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Twinsburg after being hired full-time in 1993. On his days off from the fire department, he helps to run the household while wearing many hats at Healthy Core Wellness, including overseeing the front office, book keeping, running errands and fixing things.
Brian's interests include being a spectator at their children's events, golfing, and being outdoors. He is an active member of St. Mary parish including serving as a facilitator for The King's Men ministry, facilitator for VIRTUS and is also on the Pre Cana team.
Brian and Janine have lived in Hudson since 1997 and have three children.

Janice has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings before joining the Healthy Core team in November of 2017. Her passion for women’s health rehabilitation evolved from her own issues after pregnancy and childbirth. She is committed to providing the same patient-centered, high quality care she would expect to receive herself.
Janice has experience treating myofascial pelvic pain, including urinary and bowel dysfunctions. She earned her BA in Zoology with a minor in Neuroscience from Miami University in 1998 and her MS in Physical Therapy from Washington University in 2000. She has extensive clinical experience as a manual therapist with a specialization in women’s health for the past 8 years, including participating as a lab assistant and guest lecturer on women’s health topics. She is currently enrolled in a doctoral program through Evidence In Motion and will earn an advanced certification in pelvic health. She is experienced in Dry Needling Therapy specific to the pelvic area and she is a member of the Women’s Health section of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Janice lives in Hudson with her husband and two children, along with her puppy. Her hobbies include running, yoga, knitting and reading in addition to volunteering for Girl Scouts and coaching Girls on the Run.
