Our hands-on approach identifies restrictions in the body leading to improved quality of life so you can move better. We empower you in your own healing journey. A referral is required only for Medicare recipients.​ We can coordinate your care with your primary physician or specialist and will provide regular updates about your condition and treatment plan.

Treatment We Provide

Treatment might include the following:

  • Visceral mobilization (mobilization of deep fascial tissue around muscles, organs and nerves)

  • Muscle energy techniques

  • Joint mobilization

  • Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)

  • Trigger point release (including intravaginal or intrarectal trigger point release when needed)

  • Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular balancing

  • Percussion Therapy

  • Vacuum Therapy/ Cupping

  • Therapeutic exercise utilizing Pilates and yoga principles to retrain the core 

  • Electrical stimulation (with or without dry needling)

  • Patient education about general men and women’s health

Our Wellness Services 

Our integrative wellness clinic complements our holistic approach and includes services for Dry Needling and monthly Maintenance. In addition, we expand on the traditional care model and provide education about general men's and women’s health through our BLOG, Enewsletters and Loaning Library, which features books on nutrition, mental health, fitness and exercise. Our goal is to keep an individual healthy beyond an "episode of care." Please note that Wellness Services are not considered covered treatment under insurance, however can be applied to HSA and HCRA accounts.


Dry Needling

15 Minute Session: $54.00


30 Minute Session: $108.00


No referral is needed. This is recommended for individuals to reduce inflammation, stay healthy or to prevent injury. Same day appointments may be available.

This is ideal for patients who would like to maintain their physical health and "check in" with the therapist, as most insurances do not cover "maintenance" therapy.  A physical therapy re-evaluation will be required if there is a change in status. Recommended once a month.
