pelvic floor release

I was referred to Healthy Core for chronic pain in my hips and pelvis. After having two hip surgeries, SI joint and hyper-mobility issues, I was given the chance to get my life back on track and have been blessed with the opportunity of working with Janine! I experienced daily pain which made it incredibly hard to function, be active and trust my body (mobility wise), I was insecure and scared of injuring myself. After coming to Healthy Core, I can honestly say I have learned so much and trust myself with moving! My mobility and strength has increased and I don't live every day in pain! I've learned techniques that have given me the confidence to trust my body, so that I can be mobile. The staff at Healthy Core is wonderful and I encourage everyone to reach out and start your healing journey! The dry needling, cups, physical therapy, exercises and the information on how to heal yourself is beyond measure! My experience has been life changing and I can't thank Janine enough! ~Michelle
