Physical Therapy

Our hands-on approach identifies and treats restrictions in the body leading to improved quality of life so you can move better to improve fitness and overall health. We understand that pelvic health concerns prevent half of women in menopause from achieving fitness goals.  We empower you in your own healing journey so you can be the best version of yourself!

In order to provide the highest level of expert care, we are considered an out-of-network provider with all commercial insurance plans and payment is due at the time of service. Claims can be submitted electronically for reimbursement. We are a non-participating Medicare provider and a referral is required for both traditional and Advantage plans. We can coordinate your care with your primary physician or specialist to provide updates about your condition and the recommended treatment plan. The typical plan of care for noncomplicated conditions is 4 to 8 visits.

I have been through multiple types of rehab post-cancer treatment, including for chronic pain and pelvic floor issues. Healthy Core Wellness & Rehab and specifically Joanna has been awesome in their approach to executing a treatment plan tailored specifically for me that is minimally invasive. I am so appreciative in the great care I have received there, and recommend them regularly.   ~Chris
