Fascia Rolling Class

WHAT: Join us once a month for a fascia rolling class at Meraki Active Studio in Aurora! Our physical therapist and clinic owner, Janine Laughlin, will be teaching alongside the owner and head trainer of Meraki, Courtney Micatrotto, on how to keep your fascia healthy so you can stay active and pain-free!
