WHAT: Tight or painful muscles? Have a percussion massager but not sure how to use it? The Healthy Core team will teach you how to use percussion massage to lengthen muscles and reduce pain throughout the body. Bring your own massager or borrow one of ours for an informative workshop. We will be working as pairs so bring a friend or make a new one!
